Community Participation

Our team is passionate about helping you to remain connected to your community and the activities you love to do. Our carers live in your local area and can provide transport, social and physical support when you’re out of the house. Whether you’re visiting your family, keeping appointments, or participating in leisure activities such as sport, art, shopping, cooking classes, or disco; your friendly care team is there to assist you every step of the way.

Assistance with daily activities/High intensity

Our friendly and professional staff can provide assistance with cooking and meal preparation, personal hygiene and grooming, assistance with budgeting or moving around in and out the house, and more.

– High Intensity
Our workforce is qualified to provide support through comprehensive clinical guidance provided by our team. Our services include Complex Bowel Care, Enteral Feeding and Management, including PEG feeding, Urinary Catheter Care, Diabetes Management and Subcutaneous Injections, and Day-to-day management of medications.

Assistance with transportation

We provide transportation services to NDIS Participants for their day-to-day community activities, jobs, school, or medical/family visits.

Household tasks & cleaning

Our trained support workers are available to provide assistance with essential household chores at the level desired. This type of support intends to provide independence and teach necessary skill sets required for at-home activities, all within a comfortable environment.
Our experienced support workers can assist with a range of household tasks all throughout your home, including:
– Cleaning – Laundry
– Dish washing – Changing bed linen
– Vacuuming and washing floors – Dusting
– Essential ironing – Meal preparation
– General house maintenance
