Open Sky Disability Services is seeking compassionate, reliable and professional Disability Support Workers across Perth.
Our support workers assist participants to live safely, independently and with greater choice and control. Depending on participant needs, duties may include personal care, assistance with daily living, community access, transport, medication support, household tasks and implementation of participant support plans.
