Support Coordination Level 2

Specialist Support Coordination Level 3
Specialist Support Coordination provides assistance when you find yourself in a more complicated situation. Our Support Coordinators provide assistance in understanding and utilizing your NDIS plan, optimizing existing resources, creating connections with the community, living independently, and building relationships with family, friends, and medical professionals.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Open Sky offers Recovery Coaching, which is a non-clinical and peer-based support service that focuses on assisting individuals in regaining their independence and achieving their recovery goals. Our experienced NDIS Recovery Coaches work closely with you to create and execute a personalized plan for your recovery. They provide access to mainstream culture and informal sources of assistance, and act as a gateway to a larger recovery network, medical treatment, and other resources.
